The product

Each pair of NagliTule roller skates is handmade to order in Barcelona, built to the size you select at checkout. Because each pair is made specifically for you after you order, small variations between pairs are normal and part of being handmade.

Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€). Payment is taken in full at the time of order, processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.

Shipping

Skates are made to order and ship within approximately 2 weeks of your order. We currently ship within the EU. It's your responsibility to make sure your shipping address and selected size are correct at checkout — reach out right away at naglitule@gmail.com if you need to fix something after ordering.

Warranty

Your purchase is covered by the legal warranty for consumer goods under Spanish law, which currently guarantees a minimum of 3 years against manufacturing defects. This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or damage from modifications made after delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized — which is the case for our skates, built to order at your selected size. If your skates arrive with a manufacturing defect, the warranty above applies instead.

Liability

Roller skating carries an inherent risk of injury. We build every pair with care, but we're not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from use, misuse, or use in unsafe conditions, except where a proven manufacturing defect is the cause.
